Help! my printer won't work!

Printer has parts that need to be serviced.

And this is like 12 days after the Earthquake in Hawaii.

Please reply.

I would rekon a guess at it being the ink absorbtion pad. You will need to clean or replace the pad and then reset the waste ink counter. There are instructions on how to do it here http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/inkjet/23341
