Hello guys, nice to see you all again. I used to be a member of this board WAAAAY back before the hack.
Anyway, I currently work as a phone technician for one of the US's top retailers and computer support companies. I do the tech support work for the computer service plans (extended warranties) and also for the premium (pay-for-support) line. I won't tell you the name but our on-site techs drive around in those bugs so you can probably guess where I work.
Anyway, looking foward to telling some SC stories with you.
