Karma, finally...

So I'm sure I've posted on here about the geniuses that live above us. They INSIST on having office-chair races or bowling or rollerskating (it sounds like that at least), doing jumping jacks or an irish jig, and CONSTANTLY MOVING FURNITURE at all hours of the day and night. It's INSANE. There are times when we're sure the ceiling is going to come down on us. Well, they've been in trouble with the RA (and me...) several times, and the next time there's an issue, they get written up.

I'm heading out to the library tonight, and someone was posting signs to watch for falling glass right under our apartment - we live just above the lobby. I look up, and their living room window is SHATTERED. I call my roomies and let them know, and tell them "for some reason, that doesn't surprise me". I talked to the RA, and the genius who did it doesn't even LIVE there. Oh well - now they know what it's like for someone to intrude on your personal space (physically or noise-wise) and disrupt things.

I think you have my former neighbors living above you now. I'm so glad I moved.

They threw a tv and couch off of their balcony about 2 weeks after everyone moved in... nothing like having the cops show up at your door at 830am, the morning after one of your roommates' bdays. I was really thrilled.

Who knows, maybe giraffe's upstairs neighbors had a big booze party, and when the cops showed up they made their escape through the window--without opening it first.
