Have you read Wintersmith yet? I'm looking for reviews from real people. I know I will buy it anyway.
I went to my local bookstore to find it, and of course, they didn't have it. I'll either drive to Orlando, or get it from Amazon.

For those of you that read it, let me know what you thought!

Is good.

It's got Feegles, so it's excellent.

Not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair not fair!
I wish that just once he would come to central Florida. Orlando has bookstores too! And it's nice and warm so he can take a vacation.

Well, on an author-related note, but not Terry... Piers Anthony lives in this neck of the woods. But I haven't read any Xanth in over a decade.

Has anyone read the 'bio of a space tyrant' series by Piers Anthony? I thought they were pretty good (although i was younger last time i read them ;) )

Oddly enough, I didn't like those. They were pretty much a fantastical version of his life. I did like most of his other gear, though Xanth turned out to be a production line - he wanted to do other work, but his publishers told him outright each time that they'd publish his new work only if they could have a new Xanth novel as well. Xanth was good for the first eight or so, and then it went downhill.

Incarnations of Immortality is a good series, though one or two are not that inspiring. The Phase stuff was decent.
