Ever revert to your "work" mode when you're off the clock? I keep saying the mandatory customer service phrase, "Have a nice day" when I'm talking to family or friends now. My friend, who works with me, keeps asking cashiers if they found what they were looking for...when he's the one buying something!

I actually answered my home phone with my work phone "answer" this afternoon "Hello, Music Festival and Conference, Kate's office..."

Kinda threw my brother for a loop!

I've done that before when answering my home or cell phone. Generally, I get just far enough into my opening spiel for family to recognize it and give me shit about it. :lol:
