So after having lunch, i decided for the hell of it just to see how much i'd had (by weight) and, i was quite suprised, turns out I've eaten round about 1.1kg worth of Sweet & Sour Chicken and Rice

and I'm still a bit peckish now.

Love my metabolism, it fluctuates so easily according to how much i eat that i have never gained or lost anything more than a stone (~6 Kilos) since the turn of the millenium.

Hell, I did that just last week!

(BTW, for us Americans, a stone is 14 pounds...or is that a slug?)

I honestly couldn't say why i decided to figure it out, i think I was throwing the packaging away and caught sight of the weight on the label and thought to do it.

Chicken: 340g
Sauce: 500g
Rice: 250g

Then again my metabolism is used to my weird eating patterns, I usually gorge at the start of the week and then have very little in the mean time.

You did it because you're one of those smart people whose brain always needs to be working. (I'm one of those--an insomniac because of it.)

I'm something of an insomniac myself, moreso that I actually like night time than anything else

Heh... I check my wait a lot. And I've got superfast metabolism. I ate pretty much junk food without exercise for a month, and at the end of the month I had gained... Six pounds.

I rarely check my weight, don't excersise and eat mostly junk, yet whenever i check my weight I'm always somewhere between 9 and 1/2 and 10 and 1/2 stone in weight.

Enjoy that while you can. I used to be able to eat anything and everything and never get above 150. Got away with that shit until I was about 28. Now I'm fighting to stay below 200.

Yep. Your age will catch up to you. From the time I was 16 until I was 32, I was always right around 130 lbs. At 32, I started to gain weight. Now I am about 160. Which looks good on me, don't get me wrong...I just need to redistribute it a bit. I REFUSE to get like my father, who in his 40's became a human pear, with a HUGE belly.

Damn it, I need to start bicycling again!
