Yes, unless the user chooses something of their own preference under their control panel. The default titles are based on the number of valid posts made.

Posting in certain forums will not increase your post count, such as Off Topic, PFB, and a few others. I don't know off the top of my head what all of them are, but those are the first ones that come to mind.

Generally speaking, the Community and the Site News sections are no post count incremental, if that makes sense. Posting in the heart of the site is generally going to get you a post increment.

Besides, post count doesn't really matter that much. Good content is appreciated :)
