Technically it's not Christmas here just yet, but I wanted to wish all of you all the best for Christmas. I know not everybody here observes Christmas, or even the Christmas that I observe (the Santa/Dinner/presents one), but one of the pillars of Christmas is good will to others and I want to pass that along to everybody.

So, enjoy the time with your family, enjoy the celebration of Christ's birth, enjoy your presents, or even enjoy the fact that the roads are deserted for a change.

Merry Christmas!

Well, Christmas is almost over here, and we had lots of fun! We're going to go for a drive and look at Christmas lights as soon as it gets dark.

Merry Christmas All!

I'm going to get dressed and drive to the local supermarkets. It's a tradition of mine.

The scene last year as I pulled up to the door...

Moron queueing: They're closed...

Me: I know. Great, isn't it?

I hope everyone has a peaceful holiday and gets some much-deserved rest (even if you're NOT merry gentlemen!).
Oh, and best of luck to those of you working "after Christmas sales" and returns on Tuesday.

Well, right now, my two girls are in bed sick. My baby is sick, but trying to play. My hubby is asleep, he started putting together the Escalade but got to the steering column and decided to go to sleep, so he is in bed. My other two boys are playing the PS2 and I am battling a migrane and trying to cook, not to mention, having come down with a cold and feeling like blowing chunks everywhere.

It all started with my youngest daughter, who wouldn't throw her snot rags away after using them.

Merry Christmas.

Don't eat too much :D

Er, that wasn't possible around Mom's house-she actually constructed menus and timetables for when we eat! I'm thinking that she'll need more hobbies now that she's retired...

And with all of that time, comes the ability to create epic levels of snacks-there were cheese and cracker platters, sweet and sour meatballs, shrimp cocktail spread, vegetable platters, bacon wrapped sausages, (You'd better bacon up that sausage, boy! ) chips and dip, and chicken wings. And that was just after church on Christmas Eve!
