So a while back, I think...2....3... like 4 crashes back I made a thread about Clerks. About how Randal and Dante show the dualness of most, if not all retail workers.

About how we're all Dante, who wants to be kind and curtious to customers. Who believe that we really make a difference in our job and we're respected for it. Only to be shot down over and over. Stuck in the job for whatever reason, paying for school, bills, family...

And how we're all Randal, at least on the inside. Lashing out at what pisses us off about our work. How we want to just tear into customers who lack common sense or the decency to treat other's with respect.

I made this thread a while ago, and I and remaking it now because I believe as people in the retail Business, Kevin Smith was the first one to show a story from our point of view...

That, and dick and fart jokes are really funny when added to Star Wars references. :roll:

I'm so glad I got Clerks I & II for Christmas. Such hilarious movies. Plus it takes place in NJ, making them even better.

I (finally!) watched Clerks II last night. Loved it!

I finally saw Clerks II tonight. It was a great movie, actually made me laugh out loud. I had to watch all the extras, too.
It was nice to be able to laugh again, what with my situations an' all.

BTW, why can't I ever find a woman as cool as Rosario Dawson's character, Becky?

I saw Clerks 2 in theaters before I saw the original Clerks. Weirdly enough, as soon as I got home, I flipped through the guide on TV and saw that Clerks was on Comedy Central's Secret Stash! Woooie! Thank goodness, I'd hate to watch the first one censored.

I know sequels usually suck, but I thought the 2nd one was way better.

I love that Elias guy. So hopelessly nerdy, geeky and virginal.....you can't help but laugh at every facial expression he makes......and Pillow Pants.........hahahahahahaha....that's my newest excuse to get out of something with a guy :D

clerks II made me laugh so much my SO thought i was going mad. he hasn't watched it yet, but i'm goin to buy me Clerks I for him to watch, then he can watch II.
