So, I have an idea. This is in tribute somewhat to Steve Irwin. However, under this journey, we will be travelling into far more dangerous realms, facing anything more deadly than any ol' stingray....
I wish to commission a venture(btw, I do NOT talk like this, I just find it more formal and evocative) into the minds of the Suckus Customerella Majorus, commonly known to the villagers as the "Sucky Customer" or SC for short.
This venture will take us deep into the minds of the customer, trying to figure out why they suck so damned bad. Why are these people so ornery? Why must they make it difficult for us, the retailers, even when they themselves sometimes know what it's like for us? These questions and more I wish to answer come this following year.
So ladies and gentlemen, I commission those who think they are fearless enough to join me as we try to discover why customers suck so much.
I shall call it, the Fellowship of the Suck. Or, if you gots some better ideas, hit me up. But seriously folks, I want to really try and find out why customers suck so much. PM me if you want details so I can make a list of the Fellowship.
