As rich as he is from never having New Years Eve off (and other things)- I doubt he minds too much.

I feel bad for him- I think the man truly enjoys his job as the New Year's Eve host...the past two years you can really see how much that stroke took its toll on him... :( I always love New Year's Rockin' Eve with Dick Clark...it makes me sad to see him struggling, though I admit he looked better this year than he did last year!

I also can't help thinking of Futurama... someday, they probably WILL have Dick Clark's Head hosting the show! :lol:

At this point, and especially after the stroke, surely the reason he's still doing it at all is that he enjoys it.
