I'm so glad I found this site. Actually, someone I know pointed it out to me after hearing me complain incessantly about our sc's. We get a lot of them. What a great place to vent. And laugh and mock the sc's.
Anyway, I've been in CS for ... well most of my life. Why, I don't know. I generally dislike people. I didn't used to...but working in CS will do that to you. Most of my SC's come from a previous job of working in a cable company's call center. Oh the joys of a call center. However, I'm finding in my current job as a "greeter" (if you will) at a Cell phone company,there are SC's everywhere. Only now, I get to deal with them face to face. Joy of Joys. I never realized how many people there are out there that have never heard of soap. Or toothpaste. Eww.
