Hi all, I found this site after reading a news article, how great is that?
I work on the phone all day long. As a result I have a phone at my house that does not ring when anyone calls. An answering service takes all messages.
Working with people on the phone has been an incredible eye opening experience for me.
And, it has given me many topics for speeches.... :noobie:
The greatest gift is the knowledge of NOT becoming a customer like the ones I deal with every day.
And the gift of laughter, if I could not laugh I would not be able to do this. :lol: :lol:

Still working so I will look it up later on. If I find it will forward the information to you.
Rough day, gonna go drink some tea before I go back to work.
Big advantage for working from home, the kitchen is just a few feet away.

I found this place by accident about 5 years ago, or more, and I have never left. (Well, except to go to sleep and work, and that kind of stuff. ;) :p )
