Limo

My 2 sons, my friend, her fiance and I went to the beach yesterday. As we we're pulling into the parking lot we were behind a limo. We, of course, were laughing about who'd go to the beach in a limo?

We park and the limo parks about 2 spots down from us. We get out and start pulling our boogie boards, etc from the trunk. The limo driver comes over and says, "Hey, you guys want some bottled water and sodas? I've got to get rid of them."
We're like, "Yeah!"

So, we follow him over to the limo. I'm peering inside and I make the comment that I've never been in or seen the inside of a limo before. The driver tells us he has to go look for the people he's picking up- who weren't at the designated pick-up point and that we can sit in the back until he returns.

COOL!
So, I my very first time ever being in a limo completely on accident. The best part is we didn't have to rent a limo to do it.

That's awesome. I've never been in a limo either. I'd love it if something like that happened to me.
Of course I'd be paranoid that some "black ops" type organization or personage wanted to talk to me, or simply get me out of the way.

Did I mention I'm slightly paranoid, possibly delusional? ;) :D

Small, boasting type post ahead...

I've been in a limo ! It was a huge white one. A large cellphone manufacturer invited me and a bunch of other people in the same industry out to a conference , and the ride from their HQ back to our hotel in the city was in a big white limo (stretched lincoln towncar? does that sound right?). Sadly the bar was empty, but we passed the time on the drive back to the hotel by playing "Who's Got The Biggest Limo On The Road?". Gratifyingly, the answer was, US !
