**NOT a pharmacist, simply an 'informed consumer'**
I have this...tendency to read labels, government reports, etc. Yeah, I'm a bit of a nerd. Anyhow - there was a recent hoopla about whether preparation-h (among others) is good for wrinkles or not. The answer is NO. There's butt cream and face cream. Preparation-H is butt cream. The short of it is that there is some chemical (or combo of chemicals) that is incredibly harsh on the skin around your eyes...which is the most delicate skin on your body.
While it may be effective, no self-respecting medical professional would recommend it. Remember: effective =/= safe or smart.

Just to reinforce what TheGiraffe said. you should NEVER put anything on your face not meant for your face, especially in the eye area. your eye area is extreme;y sensitive, and if you are putting a product in that area that is not meant for your eye area, then you can really irritate your skin and eye.
Now, im not a pharmacist, but, i am the Senior Beauty Advisor at walgreens. there is no cream out there that will get you instant results. pretty much, to stay young looking when you get older, you should start a routine when youare in your 20's. always make sure you clean your face at night,to get off anything from that day. start using an Anti-Wrinkle cream when you are in your mid 20s, and you will less viaible wrinkles later on.
i have not tried any anit wrinkle creams, since im only 20 and i don't have any wrinkles yet, but i have heard great things about both Roc and Nuetrogena.
people here may have better advice on which creams to use, but from what i have heard from customers(and that is where i get most of my info) Roc and Nuetrogena are the two top, with Olay in third.

Apparently models use that cream under their eyes but it can damage the skin and make it really thin! I'd stick to a normal eye cream :)

Maybe that's the reason why many SC's get CBF! They have been using Prep-H all this time!

Um, I'd agree with the others. But I'm going to the pharmacy I used to work at so I'll ask a tech or pharmacist working.
I went to the pharmacy but the pharmacist was busy on the phone, talking to some moron who claimed he didn't get the correct amount of pills he was supposed to get. My friend who was teching said she counted them twice, then our boss counted them twice. Suck on that, no extra pills for you!

I would keep anything meant for your bum off of your face. If you're looking for face creams, go visit a local pharmacy and ask for some suggestions or go to your local Bay or Sears and visit the various cosmetic counters there. For puffy eyes, I use an eye cream from Clinique. It does the trick. As for wrinkles, your best bet is prevention. Wearing sunscreen every day will certainly help (and not just those moisturizers that have some SPF in them...those hardly do the trick).

What I heard was a little different, but it still ends with "I wouldn't use it if I were you."
Potentially false information ahead:
Prep-H does contain chemicals that will tighten your skin in case of an emergency, so you could use it in a pinch. (ie: Found out you have an impromptu meeting with the CEO or something.) HOWEVER, Prep-H stinks so badly, that if you were to put even a thin layer on your face, everyone would want to keep a good 10 paces away from you at all times.
Having said that, it's worth noting that:
1) I've never bought Preperation H, much less applied it to my face.
2) I don't have wrinkles or bags under my eyes.
3) I don't give a shit about wrinkles or bags under my eyes.

The giraffee said:"There's butt cream and face cream
And never the twain shall meet.
Maybe though when they do that is why SCs are the way they are because they know not the difference from which one is used and the other?

Check out Avon, Oil of Olay, Proactiv, and Mary Kay products too. A lot of the newer creams they have out help with wrinkles and skin tone issues. These are a few that I've heard about:
I sell avon so this is what I would recommend:
http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.asp?couponCode=&level1_id=300&level2_id=302&pdept_id=327&dept_id=402&pf_id=30492&level=4
While I can't personally endorse it, Mary Kay I'm sure has some legit products too, like maybe this:

I will endorse this, because I use it and it kicks arse:
http://www.proactiv.com/order/order_now.php?pactvid=7a4f2fb888d1e949e3a7d3abe1f6 dc10
My mom uses this (and thank god she doesn't know I'm telling you that):
http://www.oilofolay.com/boutique/regenerist/
And to the readers: Dunno if I'm allowed to post the links, or if they'll show up, so my fault if it doesn't work.
heheh thanks for the help everyone
Im not actually looking for a face cream (Im very happy with the one I use currently) it took many years and many allergic reactions later to find a brand that didnt contain mineral oil and was cruelty free.
I just could not believe that people would stick that stuff on to their faces, I thought it was an urban myth (I even checked on snopes). But then with customers you never know.
