I admit it, I'm addicted to gossip magazines. I'm a girl after all. I read People, US Weekly and of course, the woman's bible, Cosmo.

That being said. Is it just me, or does anybody else see Britney turning into Anna Nicole Jr.? She's constantly liquored up, sans panties, publicly puking etc. I hope not, it's just too sad. Just like Chris Farley did the downward spiral a la John Belushi.

I'm not a fan of Britney's, never have been, never will be.

I just feel horrible for her children. She just seems like she doesn't want anything to do with them, shes always out drinking and partying with people.

This is the way I see Britney:

I used to hate her with a passion usually reserved for the finer things in life. I wouldn't spit on her to save her if I saw her on fire. However, I'm coming to think that maybe for a large portion of her younger career she was merely a puppet for someone else. Always had a caretaker, and was never exposed to anything with substance as far as life is concerned (just look at some of the *stoopid* that comes outta her mouth-she's kinda got the mentality of a 14 year old).

Now that she's older, she decided to start taking control of her own life and career, except she has absolutely no idea how to do so, since she was always cared for by someone else and I'm sure rarely had to make decisions for herself. So really, I see all her self-destructive behavior as growing pains, as unfortunate as they are. I feel bad for her kids more than anything. Look at the trainwreck they have for a mother.
