Note on account: Customer is furious that his services were “rearranged” by the previous tech. The tech told him that his computer keeps going out because the last tech moved everything around. Apparently, the tech told Mr. Thomas* that whoever installed his internet didn’t know what they were doing. The tech then berated him for allowing someone else to set up his computer. Mr. Thomas is VERY upset about this & wants someone to come to his home tomorrow & does not want the tech to bad-mouth him. :lol:

I was thinking that too. All too often, the customer tries to "help" (99.9999% percent of the time without RTFM) and usually screws things up in the process. Then the poor techie they hire has to not only fix their mistakes, but deal with any fallout as well.
