I've been away for the forums for a while... For one thing, after I had to leave my job in phone support (the job was making me physically ill, I hated it so much), I just had to have a break from sucky customers.
Meanwhile, I've gotten a new job, working at City Hall in the archives, and absolutely love it! Un(?)fortunately, we don't have many "customers", and very few sucky ones, but I have found a couple of stories. I hope I will be allowed to post them, even though they are about public servicees and don't deal with retail or commercial businesses...
