My writing class sucks. It's worthless, and I never needed to really take it even though my school says I do. We've talked about malls, tv, horror movies, monster movies, Kill Bill, and now, we are on comics. It sucks. She even tested us on some history of comics. I'm sure I failed, it was stupid as hell.

Well, for today, my teacher wanted us to bring in two comic strips. Now, this is hard for me. I don't like comics, and I don't have any newspapers laying around. My dorm has copies of the school newspaper in the lobby but the school newspaper doesn't have comics. So where the hell was I going to get two comic strips? Then I remembered, CS has its own comic strip! I went with one of the comics about tech support and one about people using credit cards that aren't theirs. I'm curious as to what my teacher will say about me using these comics. She said ANY comics...

Do you get to do a unit on porn? :kiss: ;) My friend had a class that did a unit on porn when she was in grad school. The professor let those who weren't comfortable with watching porn in class skip it if they wanted to, though.

Heh, if we did a unit on porn, I'd GLADLY go to class. And hell, I'd even study the material.

I tried to set my classes up so I'd have as few classes on Friday as I could, but the only lab for my Organic I class that was open was Friday 1-5 and that's a class that will never get cancelled. And I have a MWF class at 9am, Intro to Sociology. Mondays, that's my only class though. I'll be done before 10am with classes.

The freaking physics department at my school is full of ****. I need to take Physics I & II next year but I can't get into the only Physics class that fits my schedule. There's still an open seat but they won't give it to me. I talked to the head of the department, who's also the teacher, and he said he wouldn't be able to do it. What a prick. Apparently it's reserved for honors students. That's crap. Honors students started picking classes about 2 months ago. If they wanted Physics I, they'd have signed up for it already. Now I'm stuck taking Physics I in the spring and Physics II over the summer.
