Greetings from CA, the land of Shake & Bake! I'm a Sr. CSR with an accounting software manufacturer with 10 years under my belt. I've enjoyed lurking from the shadows for about 2 years now, and finally decided to "come into the light". Be gentle, I'm new, but I do have tales to tell. Thanks!!
