I am not sure if this is where this thread belongs so may the forum gods see ft to move this at your whim.
I just wanted to say that thanks to hearing about how sucky some customers are to all of you phone rep types I now find myself always checking my volume my tone and my attitude before speaking to any of you. Hopefully now I will never see myself in here,lol.
How many of you have also found yourselves treating people a little differently when your out shopping? Or for that matter noticing other behaviour around you more often?

I think I have. Just today in the grocery store I was extremely annoyed because the poor cashier was calling for someone from the office to come over and take care of something for the customer in front of me and they were all just ignoring her. (Yes, we could actually see them in there) After almost 5 minutes I took out my cellphone & called the office and wouldn't you know no one answered the phone! Needless to say I was almost boiling over. The cashier of course was apologizing and I made sure to tell her I realized it wasn't her fault and to try not to make her feel any worse. Not that I would have blown my stack at her in the past but I tried extra hard to not put any more pressure on her.
