) is really good for my water consumption; not to mention doing without soda and super-sweet-possibly-not-even-sucrose stuff really reset my taste buds towards that stuff.

I'm happy to see you're becoming aware of your food habits, and consciously directing yourself towards better ones. That's been a thing for me--
noticing what I do, before I do it, and then stopping myself.
Also, I simply must try that 'citrus in water' thing-- I drink a lot of tea, for the taste, and the taste of tea specifically.
