BLEH. The witness and driver both stated I was crossing against the light. I don't think I did, but it's possible. At any rate, I will be getting a ticket (don't know for how much) but the insurance may still cover me for injuries.

Ok. After talking to people and doing some thinking, I've made the decision to just take my insurance (Medicaid, essentially) down to the low-cost clinic and have them give me a check-up. If they take the insurance, that will be quicker and easier than trying to go after insurance that may find me at fault for the accident."Eventually, everything that you have said becomes everything you will ever say."
