Hey guys. I ran across this some time ago and thought that yes. CS would have a blast with it. So here's the link http://www.improveverywhere.com/miss...?mission_id=57 I'll not spoil the fun, but suffice to say : What do you do after you get ~80 people to dress up in blue polo shirts, khaki pants, black shoes, and a belt? And then have them help customers in a Best Buy, but not say they work there?
