That's Leo. Every week on Airline he got abuse from passengers, but always dealt with it perfectly, and was eventually made a supervisor.Not sure I would have been so calm with them.

I agree. Security would have been called on that man with the hat the second he started acting up if it was me. This show is on quite a lot on Sky, and I watch it purely to see the Sucky Customers.

There was an episode on last week that dealt with the time all of the air traffic control went down in the UK. It was quite amazing to watch. The customers reacted as if the poor person working behind the desk had sabotaged air traffic control himself.

The other thing which annoyed me about those passengers, they would be told that an aircraft had a technical problem or there was ice or it was too foggy to fly and they would start being sucky, and I would always want Leo to say

"ok, any passengers who want to fly and risk their lives, can do so, sign a disclaimer here that we are not responible for the crash which will ensue".
