I just noticed that in the posts, the word "power-crazed person" has been changed to "power-crazed person". And "storture rack" also appears in numerous places.

Now, for our coupons that are specific to a certain dollar amount to be spent, that total is BEFORE tax. If that amount is not met before tax (barring a few cents depending on the power-crazed person), the coupon can't be used.
