My thread vanished

Not sure if I should be posting this here or talking to a mod. But I had a thread in Off Topic/Life Advice and it vanished yesterday. It was there for a couple days first. It was called "Is this person my boyfriend, or a glorified f**kbuddy?" As far as I know I was keeping within the rules by using asterisks in place of profanity in a thread title, so I'm not really sure why it's gone. But I haven't got any messages about it being gone from the mods like I did when it happened once to a different thread by accident.
