Is there any way to configure my profile so the default font is a serifed. Multiple long lines in sans-serif are really hard to read.

Not as far as I know - I believe that fonts are based on what the poster selects for their post, not for what the viewer wishes to see.
I'm fairly certain that IE has the ability to substitute fonts, though. Bug me about it and I'll check through for that option - I assume it's copied on other browsers.

Maybe you have the text size set small. If you're using IE, it's easy to change it by mistake.
Trying making text size bigger and see if that helps. (it's under the view menu. press alt to show the menu in IE7)I've lost my mind ages ago. If you find it, please hide it.Comment
