  • How do you go through posts?

    Hello all.

I'm just curious as to how some of you go through posts. Currently I just log in and click New Posts, but this often results in a short string of posts that are "new" then a few recent ones that have just had posts added to an older thread, then new one again. Unless the topic is extra fun, I rarely go more than two pages deep into a thread so this middle group is a lot of scrolling and clicking. Am I missing an easier way to keep current?

Quick links. When you've hit everything you WANT to read, click "mark forums read". Also there is a "Today's posts" button.

The orange circles that indicate unread posts in a forum are also useful. I don't read PFB unless there's a need, so just double-click the orange circle to mark all threads in there as read.

The orange button? You mean the biggest, most colorful thing on every forum list page does something useful? Boy am I a dork. That said, if I DO press the button, will "New Posts" or "Todays Posts" still pick up those threads if someone posts on them?

        Thanks

It will pick up on new threads since you double click the orange circle and turn it blue.
