Yup - I saw the server running slow and the CPU going into overdrive, so I turned apache off for a few minutes. Back to abnormal!

I was online for this one and noticed it running slow (was cooking at the time), so I got to restart Apache manually to clear the borking quicker than letting itself bork itself out.
