Just done some checking. I assume you received the email just before posting this thread? If so, then the server is on UK time zone and thus about five or six hours ahead of the east coast of the US. It was the 13th over here at the time.
Does that fit?

It does make sense, actually. But I thought that was keyed to what my account time settings are. I got another one exactly at midnight from a different vBulletin forum that I know isn't based on the East Coast.
Doesn't really matter, I suppose.
