Outage this morning?

Hi,

Just wondering if there was a power outage sometime this morning, it was around 10-10:30am Australian Central Standard Time. I couldn't get onto Fratching or CS.com.

Checking the server logs, I see that traffic was down this morning, but still very much alive. That tells me that the server was up, and partially accessible from the world. Something was down between you and CS, which sucks, but not much to be done for that.
