With the 19th century torpedo, I'm glad the military didn't take the "safe" approach when dealing with an unknown and possibly dangerous item, and blow it up "in place". Would have been a real loss to history.

Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling.
