    Well, what else was he supposed to do? There was no hitching post out front. And he did read the sign that said "No dogs or cats." So technically it was ok, right?

    I love that the cops made the man clean up after the horse. I don't think there would have been a problem if the guy had cleaned it up.

            The Amish towns south of me have hitching posts at the gas station, the banks, the grocery stores............. and not just for decoration.
