I don't know if this will be released in the US - the advert is in Spanish. But the idea is that the bottle is made of ice and you have a little band you slap around the bottle so you don't freeze your hand off.
of course the downside is that... you have to drink it before the bottle melts. I don't recommend this for indoor use, or in the car, or near any electronics. ... which is probably why the advert showed the people drinking it at the beach.
but when you're done with it you can pretty much just chuck it on the ground (take the band thing though) and walk away cos, well it's ice.
