This is pretty much along the same lines as Raps' "More Amazon Review Fun" thread. the entire site is apparently dedicated to unusual - even raunchy - reviews of products.
Some are also a bit whiny unfortunately, but there are some funny ones there at least. Like the "Male prostitute review for Fresh Balls Lotion! And the County Magistrate who got there because of a derby bowler hat.
NSFW tag is just for the language in some of the reviews (such as the fresh balls lotion review).
