Cindybubbles' Ebay thread reminded me of this video. Clearly this was born of some deep, deep frustration with people who don't bother to read things. At least that's my guess.

I can't blame the guy. How many times have we told a customer what to do, only to end up screamed at because the SC refused to listen or follow directions? That sort of bullheaded stupidity ought to be punished, not rewarded, and maybe it'll go away.
