Japanese cuisine does not use cheese in any dish.
Sushi isn't supposed to be cooked, and you have to cook pizza so the cheese will melt.
I believe the Japanese think that cheese is disgusting.

I just found a blog for Kitchen Nightmares. I just read about Chappy's in Nashville, TN. The male owner, John "Chappy" Chapman, seems as delusional as Amy and Samy.

He blames Gordon Ramsey for ruining his business despite Chappy not paying his taxes. He completely undid everything GR did.

I was just going by what my sister's English as a Second Language Asian students have told her.

Many of the restaurant owners have a "Dismissal of the Jackasses" for every complaint and suggestion. That's why they're in trouble in the first place.

I would consider Gordon Ramsey as a rude expert. He's rude, so I would probably first think, " you, Ramsey." After some time, I would realize that he knows what he's talking about, and I would at least consider his suggestions.
