  • Geraldo vs. O'Reilly on Illegal Immigration

I heard this on the radio yesterday. I especially love how they yell at each other for three minutes then BOR "downshifts" so abruptly.

Wowsers - we don't have politicians and arguments like that over here.

I'm not sure if we miss out or not.

If you ever go to Spain be sure to check the news. It's fun to watch members of the Spanish Parliament have it out with each other, screaming at each other like a bunch of little girls! I asked my Spanish host mother if they'd be doing that when Franco was in charge and she goes "NOOOOOOOOOO!"

In case you dont know O'Reilly's a loud-mouth right-wing talk radio host. You criticize Bush and his cronies to his face and he'll pounce like a panther.

And Geraldo Rivera is a journalist best known for finding bupkis in Al Capon's vault, and getting his nose broken by a flying chair during a riot on his daytime talk show.

I remember seeing that riot happen. My mom happened to have taped that show. Better than anything you'll ever see on Jerry Springer, I say.

Check out some of the footage from some east-asian parliaments (South Korea and Japan are some of the better ones). They sometimes break out into mass melees! (no joke there either, some of them are brutal)

It's too bad the real politicians cant get into heated debates like that... they might piss off a private funder to their campaigns.

                    They're actually friends, strangely enough.

Debates are suppose to be heated. If it isn't, then you're not debating. You're giving lectures
I've lost my mind ages ago. If you find it, please hide it.

Actually, I kind of respect Geraldo a little bit more for seeing the issue, and not turning into an anti-immigration spiel.

But MAN do I love seeing Bill-O getting all worked up over an issue only he sees.

I saw just a little bit of the tirade and still don't understand how Mr. Bill thinks that killer drunk drivers = illegal immigration and vice versa.
