    I came across this while browsing through my RSS feeds. The guys is essentially blaming Dell for the customer being a foul mouthed hose head.

    I ran across this a few days ago, and thought of posting it here, and then just didn't bother. (I'm so glad there are members here who aren't as lazy as me.) I wanted to see what everyone thought.
    I think that guy should NOT have been swearing. He also slowed down the whole process by being such a jerk. He was a definite SC.
    Except:
    Why can't Dell just let their reps answer simple questions without going through a whole verification process? It was a REALLY simple question. They should give their reps more power to make judgement calls in cases like this, and just get an already angry customer off the phone faster.
