The thing is, Bob just did to his horrible boss what we all wanted to do to ours, BUT we have the common sense (and a lack of superpowers) to keep it a fantasy, no matter how angry we get.

However, he later gets into trouble with the agency designed to protect supers because of this.

I think they zapped the boss's memory and everyone else's...they just didn't move the family. But good point!
