i saw this website in Parenting magazine. its neat. you type in either your first or lastname, or both, and you get to see how many people in the united states has your name. according to the website, there are 108,572 people with the same first name, and 3,589 with the same last name...BUT! there is only ONE person with my name...and i guess that would be me! so i am the only Leah (Last name withheld) in the country!!!! how awesome is that?

There are 354,368 people with my first name, 54,286 with my last name, but only 64 with both my first and last name. There are nearly three times as many people with my brother's full name, which means I'm specialer than him!

Well this is certainly interesting. There are 3016 with my first and 3740 with my last, but together I get "While both names you entered were found in our database, neither was common enough to make it likely that someone in the U.S. has that name." I don't exist

There are 45238 people with my soon to be married last name, but even then I still won't statistically exist.

There are 7 with my name, and 0 with my mom's name (My mom's first name is a German one, so statisically it says the combination is unlikley to exist! )

I also did the Random Famous search. It says there are 0 people name Pussy Galore, as both names do not exist.

There are 1,278,754 with my maiden name though.

I already know there are other women out there with my first and last name because I got a call from a New York lawyer a couple of years ago looking for someone w/ my name who witnessed an accident. Sorry but it's been a while since I've been east of the Mississippi and I've never been to NY. Plus there is a woman in Nebraska w/ my first name married to a guy w/ my DH first and last name who keep inviting us to a family reunion. Common Swedish last name so no relation.

But according to the website there are 66,000 women with my first name, 127,000 people w/ my last name and 28 women with both names. Now when I check for my maiden last name it goes down to 4705 people and only one (me) with both names. I'm an original

Cool thing - there was a Major out at EAFB who had the same first/last name as my older brother. They kept getting phone calls for the other guy so they decided to meet just for the hell of it.

There are 1508 women with my daughter's first name and only one with her first/last name. She's an original too.

There are 966,000 with my first name, and 2,051 with my last name... but only 7 that combine the two.

And two of the 7 (unrelated) once wound up living in the same apartment building. The postman seemed to give on trying to figure out who was who and just randomly gave each of us half the mail that came to that name. We'd have to get together and try to puzzle it out.

first: 149,290 (i didnt realize my first name was so popular) last: 42,224 (i didnt realize my last name was so popular...) both: 21 (i dont think thats totally accurate by the number of people with my name ive seen but i suppose its possible)
