A well known book and stationary store near me has started charging for bags; they charge 1p. Apparently, this has caused endless whinging among SCs; I don't see the problem since the ones doing the most whining are the ones who are spending loads of money already, so what's a five pee charge gonna do? Pay it and shut up and bring your own damn bags in future.
