Eh, the CEO only cares about speed. Any good bartender will tell you the presentation and performance is just as important.
And 2 hours for a drink? Where the hell was he at clearly a place that is not destined to stay alive for much longer.
When I worked at my dad's friend's restaurant, the wait staff were trained in bartending so that they could mix their customers' drinks. It doesn't take long to mix drinks, as long as you know how to do it.
But I can see the Monsieur in places like at home, or in the office. Any other place, like fast food restaurants, would more than likely make their sucky customers even MORE sucky!
