FWIW, I can verify that the translation you linked is indeed accurate. When it came out, I ran it past a native Japanese speaker (friend of a friend) and asked him. Once he stopped laughing
...He was able to translate it. Note that one of the South Park guys is fluent in Japanese; most or all of the Japanese in that show is both a) quite accurate and b) quite rude (or even vile). Note that this means that one of the boys is wielding the legendary "Sword of the Ballsack" (kintama).
