    59 yr old British judge, presiding over a trial of three men accused of internet terrorism, asks for definitions of a website and a forum, and really doesn't understand what they mean.

    I'm wondering if maybe he shouldn't have recused himself from the case in favour of a more technologically savvy judge, given the nature of the trial. I don't know if the British system allows for that.

    At least he admitted he didn't understand. I'd hate to think he'd just bumble along nodding in all the right places.
