These nearly-Darwin Award winners were just driving down a scary mountain highway, drunk or high, underage, and half of them not wearing seat belts.

Good grief, the highways in the PNW scare the hell out of me, and I'm a sober, middle-aged, experienced driver who always wears her seat belt! Most of the highways go through mountains, twisting, curving, steep up and down grades, no shoulders and, all too often, no embankment rails. And this driver was DUI down one of these highways, at night to boot. Insane.
