Maybe the idiots who let her out early will be fired with prejudice when Little Miss Airhead goes out drink driving once more, resulting in a child being knocked down and killed. There is NO excuse for drink driving.

Yeah, I heard she had been despondent and crying and refusing to eat.
I thought it was something abnormal for her that got her out of jail?

What I find most interesting is that when other inmates have issues, they get to go to the jail infirmary or a county hospital, or go on suicide watch. They don't get to go home.

Ah well. It looks like the judge was not overly amused, and is doing something about it.

I wonder who she gave a blow job to? I want to be on the Paris firing squad/cheering section. I want her to stay there for the maximum time. She wouldn't want me as a cell mate. I would love for her to get hysterical on me. You know what works on a hysterical person, a hard slap in the face, or in my case a punch.

I can be very mean and spitefull when I wanna be.

---I actually feel bad for her in the sense that she was brought up to be this way and I blame her mother's piss-poor parenting in raising her to be a spoiled brat. Now it's all catching up to her. If she was brought up to be responsible she wouldnt even be in this situation.

Paris has been sent back to jail for the full 45 days now.

it seems that only the judge can change the sentence (the sheriff was the one who decided to change it) and he put it specifically into the sentence that there would be no electronic monitoring.

If they really thought that she was in that much trouble what should have been done would be to take her to medical and then have her lawyer take the medical report to the judge who would then determine. No wonder she was trying to get out of going to court this morning and was just going to appear on the phone.

Wow. Sounds like she's just working the system like an eight-hour shift, and the Sheriff's letting her do it.

It just saddens me that a sheriff's department could consider a whiney, crying, refusing to eat hissy fit a "medical condition."

Her only condition is that she's a spoiled brat . . . "Mommy!!" Give me a break!!

                  She thinks it's not fair . . .

No, Paris, it's not fair that stuck up brats like you get to live life without a care in the world when folks like us have to work for a living just to make ends meet.

It's not fair that you seem to have made a career out of partying when there are kids out there dying from alchohol poisioning - kids that might look up to you.

It's not fair that you only got 45 days of jail for violating probation after a DUI.

K, I'll stop there. I just can't believe that someone could be so into themselves that they think any time they break the law, they shouldn't be treated like any other person.

"With the news that the judge had sent her back to jail, Paris Hilton was taken from the courtroom, screaming at the top of her lungs. Hilton shrieked, "Mom, Mom, Mom," as she was removed from the courtroom to be returned to the Los Angeles County jail in Lynwood."

Now while I understand that going to jail is scary and horrific, thats the POINT of going to jail. This girl drove while she was drunk, she was driving a deadly weapon, she could have killed someone, one of my friends was killed by a drunk driver in highschool.

I have NO sympathy for her sentance, but I do understand why she would be scared. However Daniel's mum never gets her son back because of some asshole just like Paris who thought he was above the law. She should count herself lucky that shes not in jail for murder.

Personally, I would like to find this judge, shake his hand and make him a 3 course dinner. Granted, the sentence was not as harsh as most people would like it to be, but for someone like Paris, who has been sheltered, coddled and spoiled since she was a zygote, 45 days in prison is a horrifying experience. She can't do what she wants, when she wants, how she wants and with whomever she wants. She'll actually have BOUNDARIES and RULES to follow, and if they're not followed, she will be disciplined. That's gotta be as scary as hell for her - and I cannot wait to see if it'll actually make a difference to her as a person. Bravo to the judge! And boo to Paris for being a spoilt little bitch who won't face up to the consequences of her actions!

I have to admit the thought about her parenting being shoddy is relevant, but at some point you have to think about what you're doing and whether it's right or not. At some point, you are your own individual.

She knew her licence was suspended. She still drove. Can't take the consequences? Tough.

It might be that she's an addict. Someone told me it only takes 35 hours for the withdrawal to kick in, as in the shakes.

Given that she's part of the "rich, seen and done it all crowd", it might not be that far fetched.
