DH & I always get two copies, otherwise we argue (in a nice way) over who gets to read it first or whose turn it is, and then we give one copy away as a gift to someone when one of us is done.

Amazon cant make sure that delivery will happen on the day of the release so I have pre-ordered a copy from chapters (I can get it midnight on friday), I have have armed myself with ear plugs and a boyfriend.

I was just saying yesterday that I was surprised that I have not seen any supposed spoilers for this book. I ran across the big one for the last book about a week before it came out.

Theirs an allegedly doctored ending page floating about.

I didn't read the HP series until just before GoF came out and somehow managed to completely miss all spoilers from HBP. I seem to have been very lucky.

I've actually worried about that. I'm sure everything will be splashed over the internet within an hour of release. I'll have to stay home and have some non-potter reader go and get the book for me.
