Take a look where it was stolen. Paterson N.J. Now the last time I checked it was Tom's River, Passaic, Paterson, and Trenton, that was full of druggies, thieves and their ilk. At least those are the stories I've heard. You know the people who steal the tires off you car, and put your car on cement blocks, single-handedly without the use of a car jack.
